McLean native Marc Lapadula is a full-time lecturer at Yale University, where he runs the Screenwriting program in the Film Studies Department.

 Marc also lectures on film, conducts screenwriting workshops and seminars at the University of Pennsylvania, Johns Hopkins University, Columbia University Graduate Film School and Screenwriting Series at the Smithsonian Institution.
